Really disappointed that CREED chose to entirely bypass NC. Initially they had 3 shows booked here. I am a huge fan, and bought my tickets the first day they went on sale, was all pumped up to see these guys again, then about 3 WEEKS LATER, I get a notice that the concert(s) have been pulled and NC is no longer an option. Yea., I got a full refund -but to be such a big fan and now potentially not see them after all this time-sucks..

This is the type of service you get from a Monopoly – A don’t care attitude. Here is a letter I just emailed and mailed to Ticketmaster. Do performers not care about how their fans are treated when trying to get tickets to see them? I think Ticketmaster should be limited on the number of tickets that they receive per event to a max of 25% and that no aftermarket company can be associated with Ticketmaster or any CEO’s. The CEO greed mentality is out of hand at the expense of performers and fans.

Hello,

I am a very dissatisfied customer of Ticketmaster after my horrible experience trying to buy tickets to the Creed concert for Oct. 10th at the Sprint Center.

I visited the retail outlet at Hen House Markets, 6238 North Chatham Road, Kansas City, MO 64151 because I have gift certificate tickets. I went to the location based off of advice from a Ticketmaster service rep that I had called and asked how to use the tickets at number 888-890-5051.

I was there by 9:45 and explained that I wanted to use the tickets and the clerk there had no idea on how to use them. This was the first time she had seen gift tickets in her two years working there. I explained I had never seen them before either that I had won them at work. She then proceeded to call Ticketmaster customer service which was closed till 12:00 PM because it was a Saturday. I didn’t have any other means of purchasing the tickets except with the use of the gift certificate tickets. Needless to say I got nowhere.

Not only did I not get the best seats available for the Creed concert I was still stuck with these lousy gift certificate tickets! I spent an hour drive time and wasted 45 minutes at your ticket outlet and I am still stuck with these lousy gift certificate tickets.

So in attempt to solve my dilemma I contacted Ticketmaster customer service department at 888-890-5051 talked to a rep and then asked for a manager and spoke with Lue – OTC805 as to how they can help me. I got told I was up the creek without a paddle that they don’t care that I spent time and gas going to a location that If I want anything I would have to drive back and tell the agent to call tech support for Ticketmaster.

Customer service like that only comes from one type of company and it is called a Monopoly. My question is first going to your company in a attempt that you can help solve my frustration.

Come on! The music is rockin' as we love and would expect! You, Stapp, sound like you're flat, and out of shape? Love you, why not acually get back into shape! Do what you need to do to be true, no need to pose your comeback.
